Sunday School and Youth ministries aim to educate our young people about the Apostolic Doctrine and guide them towards embracing the freedom of living a holy lifestyle throughout their walk with Christ.

Our food bank services are dedicated to assisting families in our community who require food and household items.

The Brotherhood ministry offers educational opportunities for us to comprehend God's design for the unique roles as sons, fathers, and husbands that He has entrusted us with as we journey with Him.
WOMEN’S
Living a holy life is rewarding. As daughters, wives, and mothers, we strive to understand God's purpose for us in these roles through seminars, activities, and programs that support the women God is calling.
About Us!
Dr. Cory Sengsouvanna and Elder Matthew Sengsouvanna are the founders of Apostolic Faith Church of Truth in the Saint Paul, MN metro area. They began their ministry August of 2021. Before starting the church in Saint Paul, Dr. Cory and Elder Matt were dedicated members of Jesus Only Apostolic Temple in Sioux Falls, SD under Bishop J. Allen Sweets. In July of 2021, Dr Cory was ordained as a pastor within the Apostolic Faith Fellowship Inc., under the leadership of Presiding Bishop Terry Gilmore.
Doctor and Elder Sengsouvanna answered the commandment in Jude 1:3 to “earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints,” by starting the church in Saint Paul, MN metro area working under God’s leadership, and watching the church grow from a congregation of five, meeting in a small middle school choir room at a local school district, to their current location on the southeast end of Saint Paul in the Newport community.
Over the years in ministerial & educational development, Pastor Cory completed her bachelors degree in Biology and Secondary Education at Augustana University. She continued to complete her Master’s degree in School Leadership (principal endorsement) at the University of Sioux Falls. Finally, In June of 2019, Pastor Cory completed the academic requirements and written dissertation to be awarded her doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction in tandem with a post-doctoral certificate in Organizational Development & Leadership at Capella University. Dr Cory has remained a faithful educator/school administrator and continues to answer the calling to the ministry and the education of the saints through teaching the Word of God.
What We Believe
Apostolic Faith Church of Truth was founded holistically on Biblical teachings. Our Pastor, Dr. Cory Sengsouvanna, came to the Twin Cities Metro area with the vision of following Jude 1:3, delivering to the area the "faith that was once delivered to the saints" of God. All too often, churches replace God’s recipe for success with personal or collective feelings, thoughts and opinions. In Acts 2:42, It is clear that the true church of God must “continue in” or operate in the Apostle’s Doctrine. This is Apostolic. We believe God created us to live and operate according to His will in all of our various relationships in life. When we do this, we benefit from the peace and freedom he created us to live in.
The Bible is very clear on what every person must do to make heaven their eternal home. According to John 3:16, God sent his Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins that we might have a chance to be free from sin and enjoy a positive relationship with God. In Acts 2:38, the redemptive process every person must go through is clearly outlined. One must (1) Repent, or turn from his or her own sins, (2) bury the old sinful person through the process of baptism in the Name of Jesus, (3) receive the indwelling gift of the Holy Ghost, and (4) continue to operate in the “Apostle’s Doctrine” (Acts 2:42). We believe it is our obligation as obedient children of God to learn how to operate the way God created us to live (Matthew 11:29).
What is so amazing about the true redemption plan of Christ is that it is not just about the end goal of being able to enter into the pearly gates of Heaven. Although this is an amazing benefit, the redemptive plan of Jesus Christ also allows us to have an amazing quality of life living from day to day. (John 10:10). We aim to adhere to the Word of God and His principles in every situation we find ourselves in and in all of the positions we hold in life. As a person, a spouse and a parent, we must adhere to the holiness God is requiring us to have. Simply put, we are a Bible believing, KJV following, shining your light and giving God everything you’ve got kind of congregation.
